Braxton and A+ Dog Training would like to remind you that even though it’s wet and cold outside, that doesn’t mean you can’t walk your dog on a leash inside. Focus on keeping a looser leash and praising your dog when they walk right beside you. Keep using your command words like: Heel, Leave It, Stay, Ok, Look. The more you go back to basics and train indoors with praise for successful walking, the more they’ll want to focus on you and do the same outdoors.
