Like some children in a swimming pool that never want to get out, some puppies & dogs don’t know any better and could play for hours.  As a responsible dog owner, you will need to see the signs and stop playing with your dog or call them in from their daily sunbathing in the backyard. Some dogs just don’t know when to quit and when they collapse or pant excessively from heat exhaustion, that will be too late.
