As Ammo matures into senior-hood, the sound of fireworks is suddenly more alarming to him.  A few measures we are now taking during “fireworks season” are:

• Making sure his microchip contact info is current
• Making sure his contact info is current with his veterinarian
• Making sure his contact info is current with the City
• Making sure his collar is on at night, with current contact info & tags
• Walking Ammo when it’s cool enough but before his dinner and fireworks
• Feeding Ammo his dinner at least an hour before nightfall so he doesn’t have a stressed stomach and get bloat
• “Alexa, play calming music for dogs.”
