We worked with Luna at the beginning of April 2022 to become a balanced, well-mannered dog. Luna & her owner enjoyed our training so much that they would join our Elementary and Junior High classes even after their program was complete. Luna became the best dog to take around everywhere!
Unfortunately, sometime towards the middle/end of 2022, Luna and her owner were out for a walk when a car decided to do burnouts and donuts in the cul-de-sac that they were walking in. It scared Luna so much that Luna STOPPED walking. Her owner couldn’t get her out of the house. He would even try taking her to the Free Community Pack Walks, something she used to love participating in. In January, Luna’s owner decided to take action and sign her up again with A+ Dog Training, but this time the A+ Lifetime program.
Today’s Feel Good Friday review goes to Luna the Husky! She wasn’t ready to attend the Hughson Fruit & Nut Festival but she was able to walk comfortably & confidently around Stan State again! We are so proud of the work Luna & her owner put in to rehabilitate her from her traumatic experience!
