Back2School season looks different with A+ Dog Training compared to other dog training businesses.

• We’ve walked with parents. Showing them how to manage their dog while their baby is in a stroller.  Now, we’re walking with the pack family on the way to school.  (Kids grow up so fast!)  It’s all about peaceful, enjoyable, and memorable walks as a family.
• We help moms pack their children and the dog in the car. Tom rides along and shows the family how to keep their dog calm and not bark during the car ride.  It’s all about great conversations before and after school when you pick up your child.  It should never be a stressful, embarrassing time when you must keep the windows closed because the dog keeps barking through the pickup line.
• We show kids how to keep the dog in its bed while they study so that there is one less distraction. Breaks are always a fun game of recall or a leash walk around the house while Mom is getting dinner ready.
• We postpone dog training sessions for busy families when requested. The first two weeks of school can be difficult to manage until a new household routine is established.  We understand.
• We change appointments from mornings during the summer to after-school hours. We understand teachers are tired after school, but make sure to get a quick 30-minute session to help their hyper dog learn to peacefully welcome their owner and doomscroll on the phone with them.
