If you set a New Year’s Resolution to get to the gym five days a week and you’re missing the mark, that is okay!  Edit your goal and stay active.  A great physical activity we recommend is walking your dogs!   Whether it’s a 20-minute stroll around your neighborhood, or only 10 minutes up and down your street because they pull, you can do it!
