Today’s Motivational Monday post is about driving peacefully with your dog.
Now is the time to start training your dog to prepare for holiday trips!
Get them comfortable with getting in and out of the car. Make sure they learn to Stay whenever a car door is open. Train them to relax in the car and not bark. Once your dog can do those things, move on to pottying on command and not reacting to other dogs and people. Holiday trips to visit family can be stressful as it is.
