When purchasing a home, there are quite a few times when you’ve got to go in and sign papers.  We were in between clients in Modesto with Ammo, our Labrador.  We knew our lender, Erick Winchester, would be happy to see Ammo but we weren’t sure if the rest of Opes Advisors would be okay bringing him (and all his fur) into their office.  Ammo was a hit!  Not only did they allow him to join us in the conference room, but other lenders and staff would stop in for a quick break and pet Ammo.

Buying a home can be stressful on the entire family.  We were fortunate to be able to bring our dog to relieve some stress.  A financial workplace can be very demanding, but seeing workers smile because they got to play with Ammo added to our home buying experience!
