Cool People with Adorable Dogs

pack-pitstop Nov 2016

Ever drive down Monte Vista Avenue on a Saturday and see a bunch of cool people walking a lot of adorable dogs?

Well, you can be one of those cool people too!  Bring your adorable dog to our next free community Pack Walk this Saturday, December 3rd, at 10:00 a.m.  We meet at the corner of Monte Vista & Crowell Rd. at CSU Stanislaus in Turlock.

Let’s walk off all of the Thanksgiving turkey and stuffing, and meet some really cool people that love their dogs as much as you do! (More pics of last November’s Pack Walk will be up for viewing on our Facebook Page tomorrow).

Treat Your Dog This Thanksgiving

Feeding your dog fatty ham and turkey can be harmful to their health. Instead, treat your dog with a peanut buttered Kong toy that they can enjoy on their bed, in the living room, and with the rest of the family.  A+ Dog Training hopes everyone has a safe and peaceful Thanksgiving holiday!  It sure looks like Frankie from Turlock will!

Dogs Prepare for Thanksgiving

Holiday Etiquette 2016

Turlock’s A+ Dog Training had a One Hour Group session to get ready for Thanksgiving at a home in Hughson.  The group had a lot of questions and we answered them all.  Every family is different.  There are nephews and nieces that will chase your dog, spouses that could hold your dog’s leash as they watch football and you’re in the kitchen, and teenagers that need a break from their phones that could walk the dog with grandma.

We catered to our clients’ needs and are confident that they will make happier, peaceful memories this Thanksgiving as they include their four-legged family member into the celebration!

Please visit our Facebook Page to view more pictures of what transpired at November’s Holiday Etiquette.  We will be holding another one to prepare you for Christmas and New Year’s Eve.  More information is on our Calendar of Events page.  Or, call 209-985-7898 for more details.

Puppy Socials Are Fun!

October 2016 Puppy Social

Get advice from a professional dog trainer, be around other puppy owners that are going through the same things you are, and be able to take a one hour break from the chaos your puppy is causing. This is when you can take a step back and enjoy watching your puppy interact with other non-fully vaccinated puppies in a controlled environment. Puppies can teach each other so many things in an hour’s worth of play compared to a week’s worth with their owner. Let’s make it happen!

Next Puppy Social is Saturday, December 3, 2016  2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Taylor ER Veterinary
Cost: $25 per puppy
(For puppies who need to be socialized but have not fully been vaccinated yet – up to one year old).

Cost may be waived depending on Taylor ER Veterinary’s Puppy Plan or A+ Dog Training’s A+ Program.

Please call Tom to register at 209-985-7898.
